Job Description :

• Assist in preparing, executing, and monitoring CRM campaigns through MoEngage, including Push Notifications, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist with user segmentation based on campaign requirements and business unit needs.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and basic insights based on metrics such as Delivery Rate, Open Rate, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Support the development of CRM processes and initiatives to improve customer engagement, first transactions, repeat transactions, and customer retention.

Requirements :

• Fresh graduates from Management, Digital Business, or other relevant fields are welcome to apply.
• Have experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other project management tools is a plus.
