📝 What You’ll Do

  • Manage employee-related administrations: onboarding, existing and offboarding process (e.g.: create contracts, letters, employee movement and termination documents)
  • Assist with various HR-related tasks, such as payroll administration, performance management initiatives, and asset management.
  • Maintain and update the employee databases to reflect the latest organizational updates & changes, including personnel administration and HRIS management.

  • A fresh graduate from a reputable high school/university are welcome to apply. Experience as an HR Intern is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Meticulous, well-organized and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrates high ownership with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
