Account Executive
Job Description :
- Promote and sell paid job portal products such as job postings and recruitment packages
- Handle the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, follow-ups, and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals and recruiters
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate recruitment solutions
- Meet monthly revenue and active client targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or Account Executive roles
- Prior experience in job portals, HR tech, or recruitment platforms is mandatory
- Proven ability to sell target-based paid products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience handling corporate or SME accounts is a plus
