Business Operations Associate
📝 What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize fulfillment performance across supply, operations, quality, efficiency, and fulfillment outcomes
- Analyze operational data and run experiments to identify bottlenecks, improve scalability, and optimize supply-demand balance
- Explore new fulfillment models, workflows, and AI-driven capabilities to improve operational sustainability and adaptability
- Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems to support operational and business decision-making
- Monitor platform behavior, ecosystem changes, and fulfillment trends across global and local digital platforms
- Support strategic initiatives related to fulfillment optimization, operational scaling, and new business opportunities
- Proactively solve operational issues and maintain documentation of experiments, learnings, and performance insights
✒️ You’re a Great Fit If You
- 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, operations, strategy, growth, consulting, or related analytical roles (strong fresh grads with exceptional project experience are welcome)
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with large datasets and turning data into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, highly experimental environments with ambiguity
- Strong ownership mentality — able to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution
- Comfortable learning and adapting quickly to new platforms, systems, workflows, and tools
- Strong curiosity toward AI tools, automation, and operational optimization
- Able to multitask across multiple operational and experimentation workstreams
- Comfortable working onsite and able to join immediately
