• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, primarily for blue-collar and field-based positions.
• Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, job fairs, and walk-in recruitment events.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and walk-in interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and role suitability.
• Manage candidate placement
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and hiring reports.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous internship or experience in mass hiring, blue-collar recruitment, or field recruitment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership and able to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
• Comfortable with field activities and conducting walk-in recruitment processes.
