Job Description

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions based on assigned hiring needs.
• Independently manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate follow-up.
• Work towards agreed hiring targets and timelines.
• Receive a success-based recruitment fee for each candidate successfully hired.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experienced in handling recruitment for Junior, Middle, to Upper-level positions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
• Can-do attitude with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of the hiring process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously.
