📝 What You’ll Do

• Act as the single point of execution for all products, including Electronics, Vehicle Registration Certificate (BPKB), and Gold.
• Deliver training sessions on appraisal, service quality, and leadership development.
• Conduct coaching clinics for branch staff, particularly in remote areas, serving as a direct coaching support link.
• Perform On-the-Job Training (OJT) visits to branches and monitor trainee progress.
• Roll out training programs for new products and updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across branch offices.
