📝 What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes primarily for blue-collar and operational positions across multiple locations.
  • Execute mass hiring initiatives by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and headhunting candidates through various recruitment channels to meet hiring targets within the required timeline.
  • Manage candidate placement process to support workforce requirements and operational needs.
  • Monitor hiring progress and placement fulfillment while maintaining accurate recruitment databases and candidate records.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and branch stakeholders to ensure effective manpower planning and recruitment execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency, data accuracy, and candidate experience.

✒️ You’re a Great Fit If You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or experience in headhunting is a plus.
  • Proven experience handling mass recruitment and high-volume hiring, particularly for blue-collar positions.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities for operational and critical hiring needs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
