Business Development Manager KOL
📝 What You’ll Do
- Run the full sales cycle for KOL products/services: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Build and manage a pipeline of clients who need KOL services (brands, agencies, marketing teams)
- Understand each client’s campaign needs and translate them into the right KOL proposals
- Maintain and expand a database of clients and partners within the KOL industry
- Stay actively on top of influencer marketing trends and shifts in market rates
- Collaborate with internal teams (KOL & AM) to ensure execution meets client expectations
✒️ You’re a Great Fit If You
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience selling KOL/influencer services
- Deep understanding of the KOL world: talent ecosystem, rates, agencies, and influencer marketing trends
- An active database/network of clients who actively use KOL services
- Proven closing track record in KOL/influencer marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and in a target-driven environment
