📝 What You’ll Do

  • Lead, manage, and develop the BD team across all functions.
  • Coach and grow team members, building individual capability and overall team performance
  • Own and drive GTM strategy and execution across the BD portfolio
  • Support the team on complex pitches, negotiations, and strategic deals. Enabling them to win without taking over
  • Hire, onboard, and build out the team as Pintarnya scales
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align BD with broader demand goals
  • Foster a people-oriented, high-trust culture within the team

✒️ You’re a Great Fit If You

  • 10+ years of experience in business development/sales
  • Specific experience working in an agency environment
  • Minimum 3 years directly managing and leading a team
  • Strong, proven leadership skills with a people-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow high-performing teams
  • Solid go-to-market (GTM) experience and able to take products/services to market and scale them
  • Strategic thinkers who can also roll up their sleeves when the team needs support
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
