📝 What You’ll Do
- Lead, manage, and develop the BD team across all functions.
- Coach and grow team members, building individual capability and overall team performance
- Own and drive GTM strategy and execution across the BD portfolio
- Support the team on complex pitches, negotiations, and strategic deals. Enabling them to win without taking over
- Hire, onboard, and build out the team as Pintarnya scales
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align BD with broader demand goals
- Foster a people-oriented, high-trust culture within the team
✒️ You’re a Great Fit If You
- 10+ years of experience in business development/sales
- Specific experience working in an agency environment
- Minimum 3 years directly managing and leading a team
- Strong, proven leadership skills with a people-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow high-performing teams
- Solid go-to-market (GTM) experience and able to take products/services to market and scale them
- Strategic thinkers who can also roll up their sleeves when the team needs support
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
