Talent Acquisition Associate
📝 What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across departments, including Tech, Business, Marketing, and other corporate functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, competencies, cultural fit, and role suitability.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including career events, social media campaigns, campus hiring programs, and recruitment marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related role.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment for diverse functions, including Tech, Business, and Marketing positions.
- Experience hiring mid-level to senior-level professionals and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with experience managing recruitment data and reports.
